Well... Hint: The same 3.0L VM Motori powerplant is rated at 240HP and 420 Lb-Ft of tourque in the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Also, FYI: Chrysler has been using VM Motori diesel engines in different vehicles for just over 20 years.
That'll work. You don't need 300hp in a half ton with 420FtLbs. If that thing has the suspension to match that engine it will make a great TT hauler. 8,000# or so TT GVWR without pushing GVWR/AxleRating would be outstanding
