Wow, did you use lock nuts on the ends links? I don't see how those things can come loose. I really had to torque them down.
Yeah, a month or so after I installed the BW I was hearing some clunking as I drove unloaded. We have some VERY rough town roads here, VERY rough. So the nylock nuts did the trick- no more clunk or loosening.
