HELP----AC fan blows when thermostat is set to OFF

I just had a new AC installed in my 2009 travel trailer. Crazy thing is happening.. The only way to turn the AC fan off is to flip the AC breaker or unplug the trailer from power. This is a non-digital thermostat and there are no controls on the AC itself. The furnace works great and is controlling heat via thermostat. Any ideas what this could be before I take it back to the shop?? They are not to helpful and are planning to charge us again... saying it's not a problem with the install of the new AC. Thanks in advance.
  • Thank you for your reply. I've taken a photo and I'd like to post it but I don't see where to do this. I will when I figure it out. There is a main white plug going into the AC box plus a series of wires that are tied off with marrets and wrapped up in electricians tape.
  • Pull the air conditioner filter (inside the camper.. that foam rubber sponge thing) and look up in there. See if all the wires got plugged back in. They can only plug in one direction. If they cut and spliced and taped wires together, then, most assuredly they did something wrong with the install. But if all are plugs, it's possible they missed one.
