I concur with arkie ! They will likely have to buy a good mattress.
Besides a good bed, I want to be able to cook and eat inside in a "climate controlled" environment and not have to take a walk in the middle of the night (if you know what I mean). Unless they are going to boondock, a decent sized shower is not a requirement. I would pay extra for a dual 6V battery set up. A small portable inverter (500W?) is a good idea also.
Slide outs are great, but they really add a lot of weight ! You want to stay as light as possible.
