Both those trailers look nice. Only you can decide what is important to you. As for roof leaks and other things.....those can vary. We have a 2006 Keystone Sprinter and have never had a problem with leaks or anything and then you see people on here who have had many problems. We have had no water leaks and all the appliances still work and the only thing we replaced was one of the shades due to an installation problem. I would think the newer trailers are built even better nowadays and we also have a Thermal Package but you still have to be careful in real cold temps with the water lines and condensation inside. Most of the manuals you receive with the trailer will talk about these things and how best to take care of your trailer. You do have to be careful as it is not a house and are not insulated like a house. Good luck to you and enjoy. Also we use our trailer about 4 months out of the year, so it is well used. Still looks like new as we take good care of it.
