help choosing: Arctic Fox of similar 'medium' TT

We are 2 small adults and 2 kids. Would like a bunk model as the kids may bring friends and thought the Nash 25c or ORV 23DBS both looked promising. Used is probably a better value but there aren't a lot of these makes available used.

Want to keep it definitely under 27', maybe even a little shorter, so we can go to national parks, etc, without restrictions in most places.
