You have no idea what the tongue weight is going to be loaded, realworld ready. Tongue weight is the most critical issue with most 1/2 ton trucks due to their limited payload.
The manufacturer's dry/empty tongue weight spec is generally a figure given for the most popular version of any given model. So, depending on how your model is configured, this number may not be accurate. Regardless, tongue weight is dynamic and will change on every trip. It varies dependent on the placement of the fresh/black/grey tanks, how one uses the tanks while on the road, and where personal gear is loaded in the TT. On some longer TT's with black/grey tanks located very close to the tongue area, just taking a nice shower can increase your tongue weight more than a hundred pounds.
Personally, I would drive to a nearby scale to verify all weights BEFORE spending $20,000+++ of my hard-earned money.
Everything is just a guessing game until you have that weight scale ticket in-hand.
