The choice really is a personal one and we can't tell you what to buy.
Hubby is 6'3" so one major thing we considered was those "rainy days" and need for personal space. We looked at a variety of TT and ended up with a 27QBSS. We use the bunks when grandkids come or just storage. I would suggest getting the biggest trailer you are comfortable with and have the capacity to tow. Being crowded on those days you are in the TT is not nice and can ruin a trip or even turn one off all together. Having to get someone out of bed and take down a bed for brekky is a pain also. Remember your kids are only going to grow and will not want to sleep together. You will not have issues getting a campsite with the larger TT.
