Lookng at the links you provided (the two middle links are the same) the 18' trailer is too small if you can pull something larger and if you have kids. Bunkhouse trailers are made for kids and your consideration should be where everyone would fit when it is raining and you all have to be inside. Small and cute gets old fast. I have owned a popup as well as a hybrid before getting the one in the signature. The popup is the only one we had when the kids camped with us and it was lots of fun but it was small. The Hybrid, while small and cute was great except it was ... small even for the two of us, since it had no slide and no wardrobe, and had no cargo carrying capacity.
As others have said, no one here can tell you which trailer to buy because it is not all dependent on floorplans, especially older trailers. You HAVE to see each one for yourself, inspect closely for leaks, mold, function of all systems, etc.
Only you can decide if you are prepared to settle for a trailer that is in less that great working order and if you are capable of fixing what is wrong.
Good luck in your search.
