Don't get me wrong - yours is excellent advice with which I agree 100%.
FWIW, the OP never said that he was a neophyte to RVing (although his questions sometimes suggest that) ... just that he is buying his first TT and that (popup) campers, hybrids and 5th wheels are not considerations at this time. Could be that he had one or more of these types before and decided he wanted to go in a different direction this time around. I could be wrong of course but if not, he could be at least somewhat experienced. He needs to come back an provide some more input.
