Based on my experience, I'll agree. We went from a tent to a pop up. DW wanted to camp w/o all the set up pop ups require. We kept our pop up for boondocking and bought a well used Sunline. I went to school on that trailer reparing just about everything except the stove. In the two years we kept it, Penny reassed her wants so when we went shopping for a new RV we were armed with a prioritized list and we stuck to it.
To the OP - don't sweat it too much. This will not be the trailer that "sees you out."
