I'd go with the Pioneer. They are built a bit higher off ground giving you more clearance. Looked at purchasing a Pioneer about 5 years ago. Seems like there were pretty well constructed. Bunkhouse sounds like it fits your family. 18 ft is def short! as said, check the specs on tank sizes. Good luck.
