The wife and I have zero problem with the front bed in our trailer, but we were tent campers for many, many years so crawling over each other was nothing new (a queen air mattress doesn't really allow walk-around space in most tents). My issue with that layout is non-slide dinettes are really cramped for 4 people, if you've got small kids and don't plan to keep the trailer till they're big it would work but if not try getting some friendly adults to sit with you and imagine eating meals that way or spending a rainy day cramped in that small booth.
