We have been searching the market for just the right trailer for our family of 4, and I think we've found a floorplan that fits our needs well.
The floorplan of the Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite 23LB is just what we want, but only the floorplan of the 2008 and 2009 years.
We're not set on it being that particular make and model, but we are set on these aspects:
1. Front queen tucked/non-walk around bed
2. Full size fridge (no half fridge/under counter fridge)
3. Bunks
4. Light weight, under 5500lb GVWR
5. Under 26ft long
6. Double axle
7. Adequate carrying capacity
8. Adequate storage
Is this a test?
Since you live in Washington, this should be a no-brainer.

What do I win? :B
Edit: and for the "bonus round", a used one at Thompson RV in Pendleton, Oregon, great dealer, worth the trip.

Doesn't get much easier or better than that.

Unless you look at this...Broadmoor in Pasco has a Black Rock 22BHS which they don't make anymore, has your features, but includes a walk around queen in the layout. Outdoors RV Black Rock are designed to be back country, off grid campers, but this one has the A/C microwave upgrade, power hitch jack, seems to be loaded, and looks like a great price.

While the Creekside 21dbs is nice, it's too heavy. We don't want to tow over 5500 fully loaded.
Believe it or not, we still really want the floorplan I mentioned in the beginning. I just want to know how to find more of the same?
