I wont knock the nash and arctic fox brands mentioned earlier, their quality is high and their fan following you have seen.
Looking at your criteria I will add a brand though
Solaire by palomino, their 22 and 25 foot models have a couple of advantages,
80" long bed, sorry but that matters to me, if your over 5'8" it may to you
Bed is divided from living areas by ent center not just a curtain.
Large storage areas.
Over 2000 lbs of CCC
50 gal FW and at least 68 gal GW
The cabinet quality and frame may not match the the nash or Arctic fox, but the cost is way lower, the quality seems good, and the weights are easily low enough to tow with a half ton truck in the future.
Also the passport models by Keystone 2520 for example has all your criteria and a 76 gal grey tank, 7000 GVW with 2000 lb of that as CCC
In both cases they are not going to match the fit, finish, or QC levels of the others mentioned, but they do fill their niche at nearly a 40% discount and there are many on the road that appear to be functioning well.
