You can't have put much effort into this as pretty well every manufacturer offers some non-slide models.

You seem to be new to RVing. Why don’t you want a slide? Makes a smaller TT “open up” at a campsite. I wouldn’t buy one without a slide.

I did not do a good job of saying what im looking for. must be tandem axle and no shorter than 23 foot longer would be great. but cant find anything with out slides. must be well built as i will be living full time in it. Weight does not matter.I have plenty of truck.

As one who has owned Coachmen I could suggest their Freedom Express 204RD. However, "well built" is an oxymoron when talking about the North American RV industry as almost every one of us has a had a horror story to tell about our own experiences as RV owners. :W

As for "plenty of truck" - yeah, we've all heard that one too. :p

Bigfoot RV has a couple trailers that might meet your needs nicely. They even offer built in generators. A little pricey but should be a solid performer for full time living. JMHO

ORV or Northwood are the only two I'd consider since you want one that's well built. The build their own frames instead of using the scrap metal disguised as frames that Lippert builds. Underbellies n ORV and Northwood units are enclosed and insulated for usage in cold temps too.
