Everyone that uses the rv.net portal is getting this. Admin is aware of the issue and is working on getting IT to address it. In the meantime, I've been using the forums.motorhome.com portal (Trailer Life) and it looks like the issue isn't here. YMMV - d3500ramExplorer III

Sorry for your mishap also, but shouldn't your auto insurance cover it ? Same as hitting something anywhere while driving ? I would have fought them on that one. - K_MacExplorer
