Several have told you that each state and even courthouse will be different . I worked "insurance salvage " for 30 years and will say again every state will have different rules and all you can do is try ! Small counties in Florida were always easier than large counties . How is your state , you will not know until you try ! I do agree that you will have a case against the seller .
