HELP with a value

I need help. I am selling my rv and dont want to give it away, but I cannot find where to get the value of it. I tried NADA but wasnt sure if I had to ad and check all the stuff the trailer has in it. Does anyone know how to do this? I've got an offer but like I said I hate giving it away and I want to be fair to myself and the buyer. HELP

    It is only worth what the buyer is willing to offer which will be more often than not considerably LESS than "NADA" or any other pricing guide.

    It IS a depreciating asset, in other words a "TOY" and as such loses a lot of value the moment you sign the papers.

    It is used, not new, no matter how well you took care of it, step back and price it accordingly. What you may think is a "lowball" offer may actually be what the market is willing to pay.

    Actually it sold for just 3K less than I paid, so I feel like that was a pretty good and fair deal.
