On a wintry morning when you come inside and crank up the heat, be prepared for lots of condensation - it will be on the walls, and windows. Are you planning on using the water and toilet? If so, how will you keep your tanks from freezing?
Just plugging it in will not stop it from freezing overnight. RV's are winterized by putting antifreeze in the water lines and tanks.
TT walls are thin. It will cost a lot of money to keep it warm enough to type on a keyboard without gloves. Occupying a TT in the north during winter is really not a the best plan - even just using it as an office during the day - summer is a different story though. You will need a 30 amp connection to run the AC. Good luck!
