It doesn't matter if you will be living in it...you will be USING IT during extremely cold weather. RV's are not designed for that. Even with heat, very often some water pipes freeze. The gas absorption refrigerator often quits working. Condensation often is so extreme that water forms on everything and sometimes even drips from the ceiling (water is a by product of operating the furnace). You will go through a tank of propane at least every two days if not more often. If you will be towing it, you will obviously have issues with snow and ice covered roadways. Most, if not all campgrounds will be closed during the winter, so your strategy of parking it there may not work.
It is just not practical to use a RV in the winter.
