HELP with travel trailer purchase (Evergreen)

There is a very good Yahoo group for owners and those with interest of the Evergreen Product line called Evergreen Recreation Vehicles. There had been some detail discussions of winter use.
You can also ask in another nice forum for Evergreen trailers at http://www.evergreenforumz.com/index.php

I have not heard or seen any written information whether factual or rumored regarding Evergreen going out of business. If anyone has any links with credible factual information about this please post the reference otherwise its just another misinformed potentially harmful rumor circulating around that in my opinion a great company and manufacture does NOT deserve.

That said i have not winter camped in my 2010 Everlite.
