It's difficult to imagine why the OP would want a camper as a day-use office that he/she would take to a campground and park it for the night.
But I don't want to discourage them from doing so. It could be some sort of warming station for the homeless of a corpuscle bus (blood donations) or the like?
Would be nice to have more information about the OP's intended use so we could give advice/opinions accordingly.
