Nothing will stop the push from passing vehicles, which is not actually sway. Sway would be if the push caused a back and forth oscillation between the tv and tt. The Hensley/propride will stop that.
I did notice a bit of a change in the bow wave affect though. Instead of the truck getting pushed first followed by the trailer, they would get pushed together as one. This lessens the effect of the push but won't eliminate it completely.
