I had an equalizer hitch on my rv ,it was good . I found a used propride and it is GREAT , when a truck passes I get a push but no sway at all . I pull a 30 ft 10k trailer with a V10 excursion . But I did save the equalizer hitch to put on my 10K equipment trailer . Why ? My hitches are rated for 500 lbs tongue weight and 1000 lbs tongue weight with a WDH , depending on what I am hauling it makes a big difference . And I wont get a DOT violation
