I have the Dual Cam and haven't had an issue since getting my hitch dialed in and setup properly. sometimes, if Im not paying attention, a truck will be right along side me. that's when I feel the push and then as it passes I feel the pull. I have no sway and it is rock solid. a good sway control system does wonders. but it has to be, as with any hitch, setup properly!
