Apparently Ford is slowing or shutting production at some plants. Ford Just a heads up for those looking at new orders.

Has not ended. May not end for a few more years. The related shortage in chips is one piece causing prices to increase. Normal economics. Takes time for the invisible hand of supply and demand to adjust.
