Hershey 2014 hybrids follow up

Given our current tow vehicle and sloped driveway headache we looked hard at 3 bed hybrid from aero light, and forest river(roo 233s vs palomino solaire x213)

The Dutchmen was complete junk. I notice the power awning ripped off the wall during Saturdays rain. Interior whatever, center blast ac, bathroom vent, no heated beds.

Roo 233s vs palomino 213.

Palomino: I like the front bench/exterior front storage. Palomino does not have rear ext storage. Palomino kitchen. Larger than roo233s , and has countertop extension

Roo 233s. Side ext storage under crappy bench couch and small door on rear for chocks ECt.

Decisions? Who else has flip flopped over the palomino/roo.
  • I saw a roo 21dk with extended front frame, smAll caged area, and bike rack. Wow!
  • We did a walk through of a 213 this summer. While I didn't spend a ton of time in it, I did notice that it seemed to have pretty nice fit and finish. I thought the layout was pretty functional and roomy.

If we were going to buy another hybrid, I could definitely see it on our short list.
  • The 213 gives more over head cabinets, bigger kitchen, and full pass through front storage. I do not know how they get 3k payload. The trailer looks low to the ground. Is expect 3 steps on it. It is a foot and few inches longer than the roo. Fixed front tv in roo vs on the nightstand on the 213. I like both and would flip a coin over it.
