The Teardrop we had before was just getting a bit "close" for us after 5 years of owning it. This will get us some inside living space but a few ammenities that we did not have in the TD.
It has a Water Heater, AC, Furnace, 3 Way Fridge, Microwave, Toilet/Shower. They packed a bunch into the small package. So its pretty well equipped but I don't think we will use the Water Heater or Shower, as it will be simpler to make a "mess" at the parks facilities! HA!
