I had no intention of picking a fight. I was only refering to the Equalizer hitch, not the OP's towing abilities or experience. I have experience with the Equalizer four point hitch and have not found it to be a good sway mitigation product. That is why I referenced that most that tow with an Equalizer need or have a well balanced trailer anyway and the hitch really does nothing or almost nothing. The Equalizer hitch simply does not measure up to hitches that have independent sway features like the Hensley, ProPride or PullRite. Had the OP discussed using a premium hitch I would not have commented. If I picked a fight, that I did not, it would have been with the hitch not the OP. In response, the OP decided to be condenscending in his comments back to me. I guess he misread what I wrote and thought I was taking aim at
his experience and abilities. If you re-read what I originally wrote, I said nothing about the OP, only that the
Equalizer hitch is a bandaid. So who am I picking a fight with? a hitch? I certainly did not mean to insult NLP racing but can only think that anybody that posts on any forum expects responses. Being thin skinned on this forum just doesn't work. His repsonse to me was the insult, not my suggestions to him.
