In Photobucket, with the image open, right click and on the pop up menu, click on copy image address. In RV.net, select the little postcard looking icon and copy the image address into the first line, in the second line for the size attributes, put 640 in the second field, leaving the first field blank, click on the test image icon to verify your image can be seen and when confirmed, post.
