Well, Well, I/we too have that same model and year Jayco 19rbs. I have looked around these here RV sites for a couple of years and you are the first I have seen. They only made this model for 3 years.
Wife and I are very happy with our, and since there is only the two of us now, to go camping. Was a little leary at first down-sizing to a mear 19', but the layout in this 19' box seem to be working out OK, now for 5 years and and over 6,000 miles. - FireRobExplorer
- ReneeGExplorerAmazing IndyCamp - I'm going to talk to DH and see if something like that is available here. No realtor commission too! We took a ride recently to our mountains and across a lake are vacation homes and lots. One one lot was a very nice setup like yours with several RV's parked. I bet they did something like this.

Here is our Rockwood 2703WS and my father-in-laws Rockwood Windjammer 3029W on his property at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri:
Nice! We have randomly looked here for property to park our rig on too. Someplace we can always count on being available.
They got one of the all-time great deals. They went to a tax sale and got the first 9.2 acres for $250. That only got them a "collector's deed" so they had to wait a certain amount of time and then they paid an attorney $1,600 to go to court and get a clear title to the land. It is all now free and clear. 9 acres across the street from the lake for $1,850. I do know they spent a lot of time at the local courthouse researching property that was overdue on taxes.
They bought the other 5 acres in parcels from the existing owners and are looking to buy another 40 acres that is adjacent to their land to put in trails for riding and hiking.
They have had a well dug and a septic tank put in so we have full hook ups. They even have WiFi (although no cell service with Sprint, even roaming)! We were able to get exactly one channel (PBS out of Springfield) on our antenna.
They have DirecTV for TV and internet. Here is a (somewhat blurry) picture showing the dishes:
