I was there for 2 weeks and it did rain about 4 days, dried out pretty well and the lake is actually below me by about 15 feet, so no flood dangers, it's also dam controlled! It's a KOA in NH, came with the gas BBQ and full hookups including wifi and cable. I didn't want to rough it too much for the first time out. - tragusa3ExplorerJwall62, looks nice!
