I don't need a bunch of fancy features, and I prefer not to have a slide
Jayco Jay Flight 23RB (27'6" bumper to ball) . I have one, no slide, full island queen bed 60x75", and does have a sofa and dinette which offers counter space and a lot of extra storage in pull out bins that is carried directly over the axles not affecting trailer handling in a negative way. The weight of the kitchen is over the axles as well, making it a very good handling trailer.
The sofa faces rearward, to open the livability of a deeper floorplan without the need for a slide, saving weight. Im about 6k#'s with plenty reserve on my ST tires.
The Elite package offers 8 options with one being a 90 gal water tank which works nice for long stays without hookups.
