For two days at a time, get some extra batteries, charge them at home and bring them up with you.
A few hundred watts of solar would be nice but it would get snowed under if it was on your carport. Portable would solve that but you'd have to leave it out while you skied. (not to mention it could be cloudy)
Forget about portable propane heaters at high altitude. Newer ones have a O2 sensor that will shut it off around 7000 ft due to incomplete burning. The ones without a sensor will just kill you.
I can understand the want to avoid a generator and most are discussing keeping your batteries charged but what if your battery DIES. A small quiet generator could be run keeping the camper functioning until you could get a new battery.
As one poster puts it, it's always good to have a plan B, in extreme cases a plan C and D is a good idea too.
