I do agree that in those temperatures, a pop-up camper may be useless. I would be leery of using even a motorhome that recirculated fresh water through the water heater and back to the FW tank at that altitude and temperature.
Yes, there is a lot that can be done to make it doable, but in the end, would being cold in a tent camper that has no insulation whatsoever (except for Reflectix added on) without running water be a pleasant getaway? Not even the diehard oilmen in North Dakota try to live in the winter in a tent camper.
Instead, perhaps consider a small building. Even a 10x10 shed can be built and used with a vented (so combustion gases do not enter the cabin) catalytic heater like a Platinum Cat, and this would be more livable than trying to make a tent camper work in sub-zero temperatures. A 10x20 or larger brings even more options like subdividing into rooms, adding a kitchen, a bathroom, shower, and some added creature comforts. Worst case, there are ways to dig post holes, pour some level concrete pillars, let that cure, then build something on top of that.
