Bottom line is these types of questions are akin to 30 years ago. “I paid $400 for this 1962 pickup”. How long will it last.
In general vehicles will cost you one way or another. You may be real saavy or get lucky, but it’s for the most part, pay now or pay later scenario.
I’ll say vehicle component longevity has made huge strides in my 30 years with a drivers license. IMO 200k now is what100k was back then and probably what 40-50k was back in say the 50s
