We have a 2013 Journeyer (not a lite model) and have been very happy with it. Have taken it cross country and many thousands of miles. They have a two year warranty and seem to be very responsive to any problems. We had a propane regulator that didn't work and they replaced it quickly under warranty. We have been to two owner's rallies and almost everyone seems very happy with their trailers. Any manufacturer can have some problems but Open Range (Highland Ridge) seems to have fewer problems than most other manufacturers and they do look out for their customers.
