pretty sure it's not wet, I keep on top of the maintenance and I'm always tinkering with it so I think I would have noticed.
It was not a cat scale, never seen one up here. It was a public free scale near a truck stop. I couldn't find a certification sticker. There were a few truckers using it as well.
