hitch ball lube
Never lubed my hitch ball before, but the creaking is driving the DW crazy, what type to use and where do I get it?

Agreed. This is what my hitch manufacturer says about lubrication:
"The friction surfaces of the head and sockets should be kept clean and well lubricated with a good quality lubricant. They should be lubricated before each trip."
Same philosophy applies to the ball.
