Start calling to see if you work at a CG and get a price break for your site as partial pay.

N.H. as well as Vt. have CG's that are open during the winter to cater to snowmobilers and skier's.
The CG's use a heated central bath house . You would dry camp with no water in your TT but you will have electric. This might work for you in your cold climate if you happen to find something.
Old Forge N.Y. and Lake Placid N.Y. both have winter CG's and seasonal winter work might very well be avl.
