X2 on the Hilton Head area. The local papers are always doing a story about the shortage of help in the hospitality industry. There is also a few inexpensive year round clean safe RV parks nearby.
Hardeeville RV in Levy, about 25-30 minutes off island and Stony Creek in Bluffton about 15-20 minutes off island.
I stayed at Hardeeville RV for 2 years when relocating, 325.00 per month included cable and Wi-Fi with metered electric at .11 per kwh. On site laundry as well.
It rarely freezes here. The economy is strong with plenty of jobs if one wants to work.
In addition to Hilton Head there are plenty of jobs in the Bluffton area and Savannah is also very close by.
Charleston also has a lot of opportunity, however affordable RV lots are not there and housing is not as affordable either.
