Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville is looking for a cake decorator/pastry supervisor in this ad. I know nothing about your industry so you'll have to vet the ad. There's a campground within walking distance of the hotel. Maybe you could work out an arrangement for a room for evenings when it is below freezing? If not at the hotel, then elsewhere? I over-wintered in Nashville once. It can be done.
