Seems like a deal.
I gave like $500 for one that looked like it got dragged behind a truck! Not really but was all scratched up, plastic faded. Guy said it didn't have that many hours and I believed him based on how worn the rubber feet were. Every one I e had at work when they have a lot of hours, the rubber feet are worn out from vibrating.
Not sure if it has the blinking hour meter but 3 years later and a lot of tanks of gas through it, it runs great.
I would bet some I've had at work have thousands of hours on them with less maintenance than they should get.
