hooking up a travel trailer from the trailer's rear

We intent to use the trailer as guest room from time to time, so storage is not an option and access to trailer is important to us.

I like the wheel dollies idea.

I, too, have a tree where the front of the trailer is aimed for. Might opt for a winch on the trailer (or tree) and use it to pull the trailer in.

Anyone ever use a trailer electirc brakes (using breakaway switch or some manual switch??) as brakes in case winch/dolly has an issue?
