Hi,
I seldom stay in level spots ("level concrete pad"! What's that?). In addition, I am frequently parked among trees or rocks that require the tow vehicle to be at an angle to the trailer.
I can't speak to the ProPride, but so far, I have always been able to reconnect my Hensley. As the previous post recommends, leave the hitch head alone once you disconnect. Also disconnect slowly so the hitch bar slides out rather than dropping out of the hitch head.
There is a bit of a learning curve with hooking up the Hensley (and sometimes it takes me a little longer to get it) but once hooked up, I far prefer it over the Reese Dual Cam that I originally had. No sway, correct weight distribution (verified on a scale), no greasy parts, only one piece to mess with, quiet,...and quite frankly a much more relaxing towing experience.
Hope this helps,
Steve
