Hooks on my counters

Can we see a pic of how they are arranged/placed please?

Sounds like they were strapping something down on the countertop with bungee cord or ropes for travel. Possibly camp chairs?

If they are glued on, two sided tape etc. Use a length of fishing line and use a sawing action to cut through the adhesive. Tie each end of the line to some type of holder, eye hooks or something easy to hold and not cut your fingers.
Left over glue residue, will be another project to clean.

I used coffee cup hooks and a bungee cord to hold my liquor bottles in place. :B

Well... Looks like someone used these as tiedown points for whatever reason. See Specta's picture for reference. What are you going to do with the holes once you have removed the hooks?

Looks like the previous owner or the one before them needs to be slapped!
I don’t understand the concept. Literally the only things that leave the countertop while traveling are the paper towel holder and hand soap bottles, if I forget to put em in the sink.
In defense of spectral post, the booze bottles would fly around too if not secured, so I put them in the cabinet safe n sound!

I don't know. I'm not going to put too much effort into them. Maybe put a screw in of a similar size or just make them flat and fill with a little sealant to keep water out.
