Appears that is a Kayak 'launch' trailer. Not really suitable for high-speed travel with any weight. Is it even road legal? No springs. No lights. No high speed tires. Don't forget that the weight of the camping unit is one thing. But all the stuff you carry with you really adds up.
Don't try to cheap out. Buy the real thing. You'll be a lot happier in the long run. Imagine if your weight goes to the rear, you'll wheelie at a steep angle.
