We've somewhat settled on one of these roof top models for our Jeep Patriot. Then getting a small trailer for it if sleeping on the roof doesn't work out.

Large RV parks are one of the reasons we sold our TC. That and getting rid of my 11 year old 2003 Chevy Duramax money pit.
