I guess my point was that you could purchase an older used vehicle for towing specifically and end up way ahead. Versus purchasing something new.
My 01 Excursion you can find in the lower 48 for 5-7k pretty much any day of the week. Not saying you have to go that route, but some people think they need to finance close to 60-100k just to go camping.
